Bryce is a very passionate individual in everything that he pursues, but his particular passion for cooking and baking has enabled him to start Bryce's Bistrot. 

With over 5 years experience in the kitchen Bryce has worked in many local cafés and restaurants over the years. The only problem he found working for others was that they never allowed for him to express his creativity with his culinary skills.  Although Bryce was only young at the time and very inexperienced he stepped up to the challenge of becoming his own head chef at age 17.  Needless to say, in July 2011 Bryce's Bistrot was born.
